I am a photographer who lives in Luxembourg. I used to shoot Minolta film cameras for as long as I care to remember. As time went by and everyone started to get in touch with digital photography, I purchased my first DSLR camera. A few years ago I decided to switch from Minolta/Sony to Nikon, however, I still have one of my first Minolta SLRs.
I have a strong passion for capturing the natural, especially human emotion and expressions. In addition, I aim to portray the beauty found in ordinary things and scenery that is accessible to everyone but, most of the time, left unnoticed.
For editing I resort to software such as Photoshop CS5 and Nikon Capture NX2. They are a part of my post processing flow as I am convinced their role is essential in shaping the final look of an image, however, they do not alter my love for traditional photography.
Using professional Nikon camera equipment with a high-tech computer based workflow, I combine all these elements for the final result.
